All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. The carrier used will depend on the package size, weight, and delivery location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@solarpostcaplights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages).

Please provide your order number and, for damaged packages, include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
